Microchannel Heat Exchanger
Microchannel Heat Exchanger is a device that transfers heat from a high-temperature fluid to a low-temperature fluid. The microchannel heat exchanger consists of a high number of micron-sized flow channels inside the device leading to greater surface area per unit volume for heat exhanging than that of the conventional heat exchanger. This facilitates the rapid mass and heat transfer resulting in increasing system efficiecy with smaller size of the heat exchager by more than 75 %, lowering construction and manufacturing costs, and less installation area. Just by numbering up and down of the plate of the heat changer, the heat duty can be adjusted to a desired value.
